Travel in Korea
Korea is a region of Asia divided into two territories of North and South. South Korea – situated just South of the Korean Peninsula – is the more commonly visited country of the two; a special permit is actually required to be able to travel into North Korea. South Korea is the 20th most visited country in the world. It draws in millions of visitors each year with its bustling cities, beautiful natural landscapes, popular culture and unique cuisine. International tourists can expect to arrive at Incheon International Airport, just outside of Seoul; in 2006, this airport was ranked as the best in the world. Culture Korean culture is so rich in history and variety that it would be easy to get lost in it and extend your stay there.
